An Educational Edge

The Ruth Ann DeMaster Young Singers Scholarship

Do you know a promising young vocalist with a passion for music? The Ruth Ann DeMaster Young Singers Scholarship has been established to assist young singers in taking voice lessons. This presents an opportunity for young singers, grades 6 through 11, to receive scholarship money to facilitate private voice instruction.

Winners are selected from application submissions and must audition with the selection committee to be granted a scholarship. There are two divisions for scholarship winners: middle school (grades 6-8) and high school (grades 9-11). Each scholarship winner is encouraged to share their growing talents by performing during one of the Mastersingers’ seasonal community concerts.
